Terms of service

Okay Otto lets you connect your Instagram, Facebook Page and TikTok accounts, prepare a version of a post for each, and publish them from one screen, the API or Claude.

You may connect only accounts you own or are allowed to manage. You are responsible for what you post through Okay Otto, and you keep every right to it. You give us permission to store, resize and send your content only to do what you ask.

You must have the rights to everything you post, including music. The songs in our library are ours and cleared for posting through Okay Otto.

You must follow each platform's own rules, including Instagram's Terms of Use, Meta's Terms, and TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Posting to TikTok also means agreeing to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation, and to its Branded Content Policy when you mark a post as branded content.

• Post spam, deceptive content, or anything illegal.
• Connect accounts that aren't yours to manage, or impersonate anyone.
• Try to get around a platform's limits or our own, or break into the service.
• Share an API key outside the people and tools you trust.

We may suspend a workspace that does these things.

Okay Otto is free while it is in beta. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you before anything costs money, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

We work to keep Okay Otto running and every post reaching its platform, but we can't promise it always will: the platforms can change, delay or refuse a post. Okay Otto is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales, from using it or from a post that didn't go out.

You can stop using Okay Otto at any time and have your data deleted (how). We may end the service with reasonable notice by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. If we change them, we will update this page and email you about any change that matters. Questions: hello@okayotto.com.
