Delete your data

In Okay Otto, open Accounts, find the account, and choose Disconnect. Its access token is deleted immediately, and nothing more can be posted to it.

You can also remove Okay Otto from the platform itself, in its settings for connected apps: Instagram calls them apps and websites, Facebook business integrations, and TikTok apps and services.

In Okay Otto, open API & Claude, scroll to Delete this workspace, type the workspace's name, and confirm. It deletes your brands, every connected account and its access (TikTok's is revoked too), your posts and their results, the media you uploaded, your API keys, and your sign-in, all at once.

You can also email hello@okayotto.com with the subject “Delete my Okay Otto data” from the address you sign in with, and we delete the same things within 30 days and reply to confirm.

Posts already published stay on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok; delete those there.
