okay otto

One okay. Every feed.

You make the post. Otto makes it right for each platform, and waits for your okay.

Everything after “what should we post?”

Writing it, fitting it to each platform, scheduling it, getting it approved, posting it, answering the replies and seeing how it did. One app, for every brand you post for.

  • Post to nine platforms at once

Each one gets its own size and its own caption, then comes back confirmed with a link, or with the platform’s own reason if it didn’t go.

  • LinkedIn wants a paragraph. TikTok, a sentence. Otto writes both.

Write it once and Claude drafts a version for each platform in your brand’s voice. Before anything goes out, it’s checked for spelling, names and facts against your brand profile.

  • Schedule it, see the month

Post now or pick a time. Drag a post on the calendar to move it, and the Instagram grid view shows how your feed will look before it does.

  • One inbox for every reply

Comments from Facebook, Threads, YouTube, Bluesky and X in one list, and Instagram’s once Meta finishes reviewing Okay Otto. Reply, hide or delete them, with suggested replies when you want a start. Instagram and Facebook messages and Threads and X mentions sit right beside them.

  • Results without six tabs open

Views, likes, comments, shares, saves and followers, as each platform reports them, for every post and account in one view.

  • Nothing posts without your okay. It’s in the name.

Name up to five people per brand who have to okay a post. They approve from a link or say what to change, and nothing posts until they all have.

  • The first comment, handled

The link, a question or the credits, posted from your account as the first comment right after the post goes up.

  • Platform said no? Otto shows why, and the fix.

You see the platform’s reason in plain words and a suggested change you can apply and send again, so a refusal doesn’t mean starting over.

  • Music that won’t get muted

Songs from our own catalog under your videos. They’re ours to give you, so someone else’s licence change can’t silence your post.

Three steps. Otto does the rest.

  1. 1

    Connect your accounts once

Sign in to each platform from Okay Otto, the way you approve any app. We never see your passwords.

  2. 2

    Upload once

Add your photos or video and your caption. Each account gets a card showing exactly what it will post, in that platform's shape.

  3. 3

    Press Post, then keep up

Everything goes out together, or at the time you pick, and each card turns into a confirmed post with its link. The replies and the numbers come back to the same app.

Your AI drafts. You say okay.

Okay Otto has an MCP server and a REST API. A post made by Claude or your code waits for your okay in the app, then goes to every account you picked.

Add Okay Otto to Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http okayotto https://okayotto.com/api/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer oo_live_…"

Then ask: “Post these three photos to our Instagram and Facebook tomorrow at 9.” You get a link to check it and say okay.

Free in beta. No card.

Okay Otto is invite-only while we build it with a small group: 20 places for people who post for brands or clients every week, in exchange for honest feedback. We read every application. No card needed, and if we add paid plans, nothing is charged without your agreement. The beta terms have the details.

Questions

Which platforms can I post to?
Instagram (a Business or Creator account), Facebook Pages, Threads, TikTok, YouTube (videos), LinkedIn (your profile), Pinterest, Bluesky and X (on paid plans, since X charges for every post).
Is there anything I should know while it’s in beta?
Each platform reviews apps like ours before opening them to everyone, and some reviews are still running. Until Meta finishes, connecting Instagram, Facebook and Threads is open to beta testers we add. Until TikTok finishes, connecting TikTok is open to testers we add, and their posts go up private. Turning on YouTube comments and results shows Google’s “unverified app” screen until Google approves that step.
Will Okay Otto post anything I didn’t approve?
Nope. Nothing posts until you say okay: you press Post, or you okay a post Claude or your code prepared. The one exception is yours to make: in Settings you can let a specific API key publish on its own.
What do you keep, and can I delete it?
Your sign-in email, the accounts you connect, and your posts. Disconnecting an account deletes its access at once, and you can have everything deleted. Details are in the privacy policy.
